    Equipments and documents required for trekking in Nepal is the most important information for trekkers.  in the absence of which you can’t imagine your trek. All the equipments and documents which are mentioned below gives you guideline to help you pack for your adventure.

    Lists of items below will vary a little according to the season and the trek duration. Moreover, the weight limit for your luggage is 15 kg. You should keep one thing in your mind, your luggage will be carried by your porter but if you are required to carry more than 15 kg. Then, the extra load should be carried  by yourself or you can hire porter with your expense. Moreover, you should carry your valuable or anything important like jewelry, money and so on. Even more, We also suggest that you pack only what is necessary. Furthermore, Equipments and Documents Required for Trekking in Nepal are enlisted below:

    Documents..

    • Valid passport, 2 extra passport size photos, airline tickets.
    •  Insurance Proof, Separate photocopies of passport, visa form (easily obtained at Kathmandu airport).
    • Dollars, pounds or Euros in cash for purchasing Nepalese visa at Kathmandu airport, for paying for restaurants and hotels, for gratuities, snacks, and to purchase your own drinks and gifts.
    • Credit cards, Bank/ATM/Cash machine cards for withdrawing funds from cash machines (bring a photocopy of your cards), traveler’s checks, etc.
