Chitlang
Chitlang, the amazing Newar village is full of open verdant rice fields and patches of vegetables, making this place one of the fertile valley. First settlement seen in Chitlang was that of Tamang people. The Hiking Route
Journey starts from Kathmandu to Chandragiri cable car station. Upon reaching Chandragiri, you will have plenty of time to explore the serenity of Chandragiri Hills. After visiting this amazing hill, our hiking starts to Chitlang, popular Newar village. You will reach Chitlang after hiking for 5-6 hours. We will stay overnight at Chitlang as this village has plenty of options in accommodation section.
The very next day, we will explore Chitlang. One can enjoy beautiful organic pear(Naspati) garden in the area after the lunch. After having lunch short hike to Bhairab temple, Newari village and Seven Water Sprouts(Satdhara) is equally appealing & satisfying. Furthermore, Evening campfire with barbecue is most do activity in Chitlang.
On our third day you will hike to Indra Sarobar. Activities like Boating can be done with lunch at Kulekhani and returning back to Kathmandu.
