    Manaslu as you might have guessed already is the eighth highest mountain of the world measuring height of 8,156m. Manaslu Circuit Trekking is perfect trek with teahouse and camping offering majestic view of Himalchuli (7,893 m), Manaslu (8,156 m), Sarangi Himal (7,161 m), Ganesh Himala II (7,118 m) and other peaks. The difficult and most exciting part of this trek is passing Larkye La Pass (5200m).

Furthermore, this region was officially opened from 1991 and requires special permission from the concerned government officials.     Flora and Fauna

    Blooming rhododendron and oak trees will provide you all the freshness you can demand for in this trekking journey. Furthermore, medicinal herbs and aromatic plants can also be found in this region. This captivating trekking trail is also the habitant of wildlife like grey musk deer, blue sheep, Himalayan Thar.     Trekking Trail

    Circuit Trek in particular begins from Gorkha distict. Moreover, you will set your foot along the green foothills accompanied with breathtaking view of gorge of Budi Gandaki River. Then you will reach Arughat. From north of Arughat, you will steadily make your way to Dyang and from Dyang to Lhogaon.. Further journey starts to Syala village through dense and thick pine forest.

    The next destination is Samagaon village, which is the village full of Buddhist shrines. After that you will set your foot for Samdo village. From the village you will see Budi Gandaki valley and Pang Puchi village with amazing backdrop of Nepal Tibet border.

    Furthermore, the trekking trail moves to the Larkye-La. From Larkey-La you will be observing stunning sight of snowcapped mountains like Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal and Kang Guru. After Larkye-La, you will trek to Bhumthang, from where you will have view of almighty Manaslu peak.

    Accommodation and Meals

    Acclimatization

    Every trekkers needs to be familiar with the heights so, for this we have life saving acclimatization days during the trek, peak climbing and expedition. We also provide certain medical support for your relief and emergency rescue through helicopter whenever guest require.

    Getting to the trailhead

    Adventurous 126 km (80 miles) drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, which takes about 6 hours by jeep (recommended) or 8+ hours by public bus. If road conditions are challenging (Monsoon in September) you may have to start walking in Arughat, which adds an extra day.

    Required Permits

    You’ll need a trekking permit to access this route. Solo trekkers are also not allowed, where a minimum group size of two people is required.

    1. Day 1 Arrival in Kathmnadu

      Our company representatives will be in Kathmandu Airport for your warm welcome and to shift you towards luxury tourist standard hotel. We organize a welcome dinner today in one of the famous restaurant in town and enjoy Nepalese food. Before going to bed, our guide will do short briefing about the trek. Overnight at Kathmandu

    2. Day 2 Drive Kathmandu to Sotikhola

      In tthe early morning after having satisfying breakdfast, we take a drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola via Dhading Besi and Arughat with beautiful scenery Trishuli River, up and down hills and  landscapes.

    3. Day 3 Trek to Machhakhola

      We start our trek at early in the morning to reach our destination which will take about 6-7 hours. After crossing a suspension bridge of Soti Khola, we have to trek through Sal forests to reach Khursane from where  we  have to walk through a sandy river bank then, move down to the river and crossing the suspension bridges. Finally, we reach Machcha Khola village.

    4. Day 4 Trek to Jagat

      Today we start our second day trek following  a narrow trail that takes us to Tharo Khola from where after crossing few ascends and descends, we arrive at popular hot-spring called Tatopani. Here, we spend  will spend a hour  to enjoy the natural sauna and to relieve tiredness of trek. Then again we have to climb climb Doban ridge and cross the Budhi Gandaki. As we cross the west bank of Budhi Gandaki, we reach the village of Jagat where we spend the night.

    5. Day 5 Trek to Deng

      Today we began our trek by climbing over a ridge to Salleri and then trek down to Sirdibas.  This trail continues up to the large Gurung village named Philim. Then, we turn to north just above the lowest house in the village. Trek along the steep and uninhabited gorge,  grassy land slopes, we will cross the Budhi Gandaki. As we cross the Budhi Gandaki, we pass through bamboo forest which takes us to Deng Khola. Upon crossing the Khola, we reach the tiny village of Deng where we going to stay tonight.

    6. Day 6 Trek to Namrung

      Today we have to  climb up to Rana and  join a trail from Bhi which heads to west up the Budhi Gandaki valley. This trail passes through forests which leads us to Pork villag. Prok village is the viewpoint of Siringi Himal. We further cross the Budi Gandaki several times today across the several gompas on the trail. This amazing trail continues and after a last steep climb we reach Namrung.

    7. Day 7 Trek to Samagaon

      After having satisfying breakfast at Namrung, we have to climb passing through forests and reach Lihi village. This route passes through Sho, Lho and Shyala village before reaching Sama village from where we enjoy extraordianary views of Mt. Manasly and also explore the famous Ribung Gompa. Finally, we end our  trek in Samagaon where we spend the night.

    8. Day 8 Acclimatizing day at Samagaun

      Today, we spend our whole day at Samagaon both for rest and acclimatization. We get a wonderful chance to explore the rich Sherpa culture. Samagaon also offers us the wonderful sights of thousands of mani stones with Buddhist texts and picturure. There is a old Gompa called Pungyen Gompa near to Sama village  which is a monastery with great views of the glacier. There are lots of things to do and to explore in Samagaon village which is impossible to explain in words. Overnight in Samagaon.

    9. Day 9 Trek to Samdo

      Today, we will head towards the Manaslu Base camp along the Budhi Gandaki river. This trekking trail is easy trail passing through the forest of Kermo Kharka. As we cross one wodden bridge on the trail we find a stone arch from where we can see a large white kani. As we pass through the kani, we finally reach Samdo where we going to stay tonight.

    10. Day 10 Trek to Dharamasala

      Today we have to cross two streams and witnessing the Larkya Glacier. Then, we  climb up to the stone guest house which is not a lodge but a kind of shelter called Dharmshala. It is also called Larke Phedi. Today’s trek is our shortest trek so we have plenty of time for acclimatization and relaxing in the afternoon. Overnight in Dharmashala.

    11. Day 11 Cross the Larke pass and trek down to Bimtang

      We have to climb to the north side of the Larkya Glaciers from where we can explore the amazing views of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak. We walk further across moraines of the glacier with outstanding views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru and the huge Annapurna II. Then, we finally reach to Bimthang with the evening mist coming in with Mt. Manaslu looming close by is an overwhelming experience.

    12. Day 12 Bimthang - Tilije

      After enjoying mindblowing views of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Himlung Himal and Cheo Himal in the morning at Bimthang, We will trek down to cross a high pasture followed by a bridge over Dudh Khola through rhododendron forest. As we pass the village of Gho, we will go to the Tilije where better lodges are availabe for over night stay.

    13. Day 13 Tilije - Tal

      Today we have trek on the stone paved trail as it passes through a beautiful village then,  cross the bridge over Dudh Khola to reach the Dharapani.  We have entered the Annapurna circuit section from Dharapani is the entry point of Annapurna circuit section from where we have to trek down across Karte village to cross a bridge over Marshyangdi Khola. Finally, we reach in the village of Tal which is situated at the foot of a large waterfall.

    14. Day 14 Tal - Syange

      Once again, we have to cross the Marshyangdi Khola to follow the trail to Chyamje village and descends through rhododendron and and pine forests to Syange. Overnight in Syange.

    15. Day 15 Syange - Kathmandu

      Today we have to drive from Syange to Kathmandu via Besi Sahar. This 8-9 hours drive offers us an opportunity to enjoy both hill and mountain landscapes along the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers. Finally, we enter into the wonderful Kathmandu valley. Overnight in Kathmandu.

    16. Day 16 Sightseeing in Kathmandu

      As we all know that Kathmandu is the cultural and traditional hub which is abundant with numerious heritage sites such as Basantapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Buddhanath, Swaymbunath and Pashupatinath which are also enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This full day site seeing offers you the wonderful chance to explore the authentic Nepali culture and tradition with mindblowing hostipality of golden hearted Nepalese people.Overnight at Kathmandu

    17. Day 17 Departure from Kathmandu
